We must point out that Europea de Consultoría y Gestión S.L. does not charge commission in advance. Commissions agreed upon are only charged when bad debts are paid.

For debt under to €15,000, a percentage of the amount collected will be charged:

20% if it is resolved amicably.
35% if it is collected through the Legal Department.

For debt among: €15,000 - €25,000

15% if it is resolved amicably.
30% if it is collected through the Legal Department.

For debt over: €25,000

10% if it is resolved amicably.
25% if it is collected through the Legal Department.

For debt under €350 or pending for over four years, a single 40% is applied.

The percentage is applied to the total amount collected (principal, interest, tax, expenses etc.).

Once Europea de Consultoría y Gestión S.L. considers that the amicable proceedings have terminated with no probability of an agreement, the dossier will be passed to the Legal Department.

If legal actions are taken, no retaining fee is charged for lawyers' proceedings but a minimum retaining fee is necessary for the Procurator of the Courts, individually established for each debt and which is recouped by the client after reaching an agreement for payment with the debtor or costs are settled legally.

Commission for debt management is received when bad debts are recouped. If the debt is not paid no commission is invoiced to the client, that is, no commission is charged in advance.
